- Walk the east side. The east and north-east edges adjoin a cement bulk terminal and packing yard. Visit on a working day to see it at its busiest before you choose a plot.
- See the approach. Come in along the 12 m frontage road on the west edge, then drive to the Alahalli junction, the nearest entry to the STRR, about 2.7 km by road from the gate.
- Ask for the clubhouse specification in writing. Sattva's clubhouse programme is longer than the amenity list in the agreement for sale, so get the details on paper before you sign.
- Ask for the cost sheet. Get it for your shortlisted plots, with stamp duty and registration, the maintenance advance and deposit, and the payment dates.
