How Sattva Ekatra connects - the STRR, SH-9 and the station
The STRR, 300 metres north. The ring road passes 300 metres north of the layout on an embankment and bridges over the frontage road. There is no junction on this stretch, so traffic joins it through one-way service roads at the Alahalli junction with SH-74: about 2.7 km by road to the westbound merge, towards Dabaspet and NH-48, and about 2.9 km to the eastbound slip road, towards Devanahalli and the airport.
Doddaballapur Main Road (SH-9). SH-9, the Doddaballapur Road to Yelahanka, Hebbal and Bengaluru, runs 0.9 km east of the layout on the far side of the railway. By road it is 2.4 km through the station underpass, or 3.8 km at Factory Circle to the south, which is the way into the city: from Factory Circle it is 18.1 km along SH-9 to Yelahanka.
Doddaballapur railway station. The station is 2.4 km by road, through the same underpass. The line runs south to Yelahanka Junction, 23.4 km away by road, and Rajanukunte, 12.2 km by road, is the northern end of the suburban rail Kanaka line now under construction.
The town and the airport. Doddaballapur's town centre and KSRTC bus station are about 3 km by road to the north. Kempegowda International Airport is about 35 km by road, by the eastbound STRR towards Devanahalli.

- An industrial neighbour on the east edge. The layout's east and north-east edges adjoin a cement bulk terminal and packing yard, between the layout and the railway, and heavy vehicles use the STRR corridor. Visit on a working day and walk the east side before choosing a plot.
- The ring road is close; its entry is not at the gate. The STRR runs 300 metres north, but the nearest entry is at Alahalli, about 2.7 km by road.

No unit operates there yet, and no completion date is set. Its footprint is not fixed publicly, so this site gives no distance to it.
